REQUIRED DOCS

We offer a wide variety of mortgage products including programs that require little or no documentation. In fact, many of the programs offered through our investment portfolio only require a completed application and appraisal. However, most mortgage programs require the following paperwork:

  • Past 2 years W-2 statements.
  • Pay Stubs covering the last 30 days.
  • Most recent 3 months bank statements.
  • Copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
  • If your are currently renting ...either 12 months canceled rent checks or the name and address of your current landlord.
  • A letter of explanation for any known credit problems.

For Self-Employed borrowers, Employed in sales, Paid by commission or Owns Real Estate, we offer easy No Income, No Asset verification programs. These programs require little to no documentation. However, full documentation programs will require the following paperwork:

  • 2 years signed personal tax returns - including all schedules.
  • If self employed through a corporation, last 2 years corporate returns as well as a year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
